A feisty filly gives Casse his first Queen's Plate win

July 7, 2014 By 1 Comment

This is the story of Mark Casse, the trainer who was 0 for 17 in Canada’s premier horse race but then little Lexie Lou came along, defeated the boys and gave him his first victory. Girl powerr! This is my story that ran in The Paulick Report, a racing website based in Kentucky.   http://www.paulickreport.com/news/ray-s-paddock/for-casse-queens-plate-an-emotional-triumph/
